Delivery outside Germany

All prices include german VAT. Please note the following facts for deliveries outside Germany.

I. EU-Customers without VAT-ID (Private Customers)

You will receive an invoice including german VAT. You have to pay the invoice total.

II. EU-Customers with VAT-ID (Business Customers)

You will receive an invoice with your and our VAT-ID. German VAT will not be billed. Please note that VAT will not be deducted in our onlineshop during the order process, but afterwards by our customer service. By PayPal paid VAT will be refund.

III. Customers outside the European Union (non EU)

You will receive a commercial invoice with decleration of origin, customs tariff numbers and a customs decleration. German VAT will not be billed. Usually you have to pay import VAT at your domestic customs.
