Aluminium liquid tanks DIN 24346

Application:

- 2x G1¼" connections at the container base
- Container emptying via drain plug at the bottom
- Container is grounded

Steel liquid tank, filling- and venting filter, return line filter, fluid level indicator, drain plug, seal and screw set to mount the filter and fluid level indicator.

Ventilation filter

Air filter made of PU-foam (Filter fineness 40 µm)

- Ventialtion and venting of tanks and gears
- Protection against dirt for the not used connection of the double acting cylinder

Filling and venting filter

Application:

Filler pipe with large debris basket for tanks, to keep the fluid as clean as possible.
The Air filter protects the fluid against minor dirt particles which may enter the tank via the air flow.

Tank heater for hydraulic oil

Application:

Temperature control of hydraulic oil from 15 to 50 °C, to prevent operational disruptions, which may be caused by cooling of hydraulic systems of machine tools, presses, hydraulic elevators.

Installation:

Position the heating horizontally or perpendicularly on the ground. The wire goes through the lid or side wall and gets attached to the wire bolting.

Control system:

The integrated Thermostat turns off at approx. 20 °C and turns on at approx. 17 °C. This setting can be adjusted.

Surface stress: 1,2 W/cm² for mineral oil (HLP) (not for Oil/Water-Emulsion HFA, Waterglycol HFC and Phosphoracidesters HFD qualified!).

Floating switch
